About Blackmores Sydney Running Festival:
The 2007 Blackmores Sydney Running Festival will incorporate four events, taking participants on a journey across the Sydney Harbour Bridge, one of the world’s most recognisable landmarks and finishing at the equally iconic Sydney Opera House.
Starting with The Sunday Telegraph Family Fun Run for those who don’t want to over-exert themselves. For those feeling a little more adventurous there is the immensely popular The Sunday Telegraph body+soul Bridge Run with a distance of 9km which takes competitors around Mrs Macquarie’s Point before finishing at the Opera House. The feature races include the Blackmores Sydney Marathon (42.2km) and Blackmores Half Marathon (21.1km) which always attract a large number of international competitors along with the cream of Australia’s long distance running champions.
